1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and the entity that operates Sugar Daddy Seattle (“Sugar Daddy Seattle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your access to sugardaddyseattle.com, any related mobile experience, member area, communication tools, content, subscriptions, and services we make available (collectively, the “Service”).

By visiting, registering for, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service. Additional terms presented for a particular feature, purchase, promotion, or verification process become part of these Terms when you accept or use that feature.

2. Adult eligibility and authority

3. Accounts and accurate information

You may use a dating alias for privacy, but you may not impersonate another person, misrepresent your age, use another person’s photos, claim credentials or financial status you do not have, or conceal information when doing so would create a safety risk.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account. Do not share passwords or authentication codes, permit another person to operate your account, or reuse a password compromised elsewhere. Notify us promptly through the contact page if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not responsible for loss caused by your voluntary disclosure of credentials or failure to use reasonable account security.

4. Nature of the Service

Sugar Daddy Seattle provides Seattle-focused dating information, safety guidance, profile examples, and links that may help consenting adults discover independent dating services. Some registration, sign-in, or profile-discovery links may redirect you to a third-party dating platform rather than an account system operated by Sugar Daddy Seattle. You remain responsible for your decisions and interactions.

5. Consent, support, and lawful relationships

Members may discuss relationship expectations, generosity, mentorship, gifts, travel, or financial support where lawful. However, support, money, gifts, meals, transportation, or travel never purchase consent and never create an obligation to provide sex, affection, images, continued communication, or any other personal access. Consent must be informed, specific, freely given, ongoing, and may be withdrawn at any time.

The Service may not be used to advertise, solicit, negotiate, purchase, or sell prostitution, escort services, commercial sexual services, trafficking, or any unlawful transaction. 6. Personal and noncommercial use

Without written permission, you may not use it for advertising, lead generation, recruiting, media research, competitive analysis, data brokerage, event promotion, political outreach, commercial networking, or selling products or services. Organizations, agencies, bots, and shared profiles may not register as individual members.

You may not scrape, harvest, index, copy, mirror, frame, data-mine, or systematically collect profiles, photographs, messages, contact information, or other Service content. You may not use automated systems, scripts, browser extensions, artificial intelligence tools, or manual processes to create accounts, send messages at scale, extract member data, or circumvent technical restrictions.

7. Member content and profile license

“Member Content” includes profile text, photographs, videos, messages, voice notes, comments, reports, and other material you submit through the Service. You retain ownership of your Member Content. You represent that you created it or have all rights and permissions needed to submit it, and that it does not violate law, privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, transmit, moderate, and otherwise use Member Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, promote, improve, and enforce the Service. This license ends when your content is deleted from active systems, except for copies reasonably retained in backups, fraud-prevention records, legal files, or content already shared with other members.

Do not submit intimate content without understanding that recipients can save, copy, or redistribute it despite our rules. We cannot control what another person does after receiving content. Report unauthorized use through our contact page and, where appropriate, to the relevant platform or authorities.

8. Prohibited content and conduct

You agree not to use the Service to engage in, encourage, assist, or attempt any of the following:

• contacting, exploiting, grooming, sexualizing, or requesting personal information from anyone under 20;
• human trafficking, prostitution, escorting, commercial sexual services, coercion, sexual exploitation, or conduct that violates applicable law;

• fraud, fake checks, advance-fee schemes, gift-card demands, money laundering, account rentals, cryptocurrency scams, payment reversal schemes, or requests for banking credentials and security codes;
• impersonation, catfishing, falsified verification, stolen photographs, deceptive profile information, or creation of multiple accounts to avoid enforcement;
• soliciting illegal drugs, weapons, unlawful services, employment, investments, loans, donations, or participation in a pyramid or referral scheme;
• sending spam, malware, phishing links, unsolicited advertising, chain messages, or automated communications;
• posting content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, or designed to expose another person’s private information;
• interfering with the Service, probing security, bypassing access controls, reverse engineering, introducing malicious code, or overwhelming infrastructure; or
• retaliating against a member for rejecting contact, setting a boundary, reporting conduct, or ending a relationship.

9. Safety and assumption of risk

Online dating and in-person meetings involve risks, including deception, emotional harm, theft, fraud, assault, stalking, exposure of personal information, and physical injury. You assume the risks associated with interacting with other members, whether online or offline. Use independent judgment and review our dating safety guidance.

For early meetings, use a staffed public venue, arrange your own transportation, tell a trusted person where you are going, protect your home and workplace addresses, limit alcohol or substances that affect judgment, and keep control of your belongings. Never provide passwords, one-time codes, bank logins, identity documents, or money to prove trust. Call emergency services if you face immediate danger.

10. Moderation, reporting, and investigations

We may use automated tools and human review to detect spam, fraud, abuse, prohibited content, and violations of these Terms. We are not obligated to monitor every profile or communication and cannot guarantee that harmful conduct will be detected. We may remove content, limit visibility, warn members, request verification, suspend features, preserve evidence, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to protect members, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.

You may report suspected violations through available reporting or contact tools. Reports should be truthful and made in good faith. We may disclose information to law enforcement, emergency services, child-protection organizations, payment providers, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to prevent serious harm, investigate fraud, or protect rights and safety.

11. Purchases, subscriptions, and renewal

The current static demonstration does not process membership payments. If paid features are introduced, the price, billing period, renewal terms, taxes, cancellation method, refund policy, and material restrictions will be disclosed before purchase. You authorize charges presented and accepted at checkout and agree to provide accurate billing information.

Where a subscription renews automatically, the checkout screen will state the renewal frequency and how to cancel. Cancellation stops future renewal but ordinarily does not retroactively refund time already used, except where required by law or stated otherwise at purchase. App-store purchases, if any, may be governed by the store’s billing and refund rules.

12. Suspension, termination, and account deletion

You may stop using the Service or request account deletion at any time. We may investigate, restrict, suspend, or terminate access, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, engaged in fraud, failed verification, abused members or staff, or used the Service in a way inconsistent with its purpose.

After termination, provisions that by their nature should survive—including ownership, licenses already granted, safety obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and dispute provisions—remain effective. Some information may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy for fraud prevention, recordkeeping, legal compliance, safety, and enforcement.

13. Intellectual property

The Service, excluding Member Content, and its software, design, branding, text, graphics, databases, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Sugar Daddy Seattle and protected by intellectual-property law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access the Service for personal use. No other rights are granted.

If you believe material on the Service infringes your copyright or other rights, contact us with identification of the work, the allegedly infringing material and location, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and confirmation that the report is accurate and authorized.

14. Third-party services and links

The Service may link or redirect to independent dating platforms, payment processors, identity-verification providers, analytics services, maps, app stores, social networks, or other third parties. Their accounts, products, pricing, availability, moderation, security, billing, and privacy practices are governed by their own terms and policies. Review those documents before registering, submitting personal information, or purchasing an optional service. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, decisions, outages, charges, or conduct.

Some outbound registration and account links are affiliate links. If an eligible visitor follows one of those links and registers or purchases an eligible service, Sugar Daddy Seattle may receive a referral fee or commission from the partner, at no additional cost to that visitor. Compensation does not change our safety guidance and does not guarantee that a partner service, profile, match, subscription, or outcome will meet your needs. Affiliate relationships do not make us the operator, agent, or representative of the third-party platform.

15. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE MATCHES, COMMUNICATIONS, DATES, RELATIONSHIP OUTCOMES, MEMBER IDENTITY, MEMBER CONDUCT, FINANCIAL SUPPORT, OR THE ACCURACY OF PROFILE INFORMATION. NOTHING ON THE SERVICE IS LEGAL, FINANCIAL, MEDICAL, OR SAFETY PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.

16. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUGAR DADDY SEATTLE AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITY; OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM MEMBER CONDUCT, OFF-PLATFORM INTERACTIONS, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, OR RELIANCE ON CONTENT.

WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR US$100. Some jurisdictions do not allow particular exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

17. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sugar Daddy Seattle and its operators from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your use of the Service, Member Content, interactions with others, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of another person’s rights.

18. Governing law and disputes

Unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in King County, Washington will have jurisdiction over disputes not eligible for small-claims court. Before filing a claim, each party agrees to provide written notice and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

This draft does not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver. The operator should obtain legal advice before adding either provision because enforceability and disclosure requirements vary by jurisdiction.

19. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service and these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, when appropriate, communicated through the Service or account email. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, except where law requires affirmative consent. If you disagree with revised Terms, stop using the Service and request account deletion.

20. General provisions

These Terms and incorporated policies constitute the entire agreement regarding the Service. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, reorganization, asset transfer, or change of control.
